My First Sales Manager's Advices

Sales Person


-Don't think personal.
-Don't negotiate (fight) with clients.
-A seller man has to be circular not square. (Square person means yes/no, black/white people)
-Has to be good human relations.
-Smiley face, hand shake, hug... etc.
-Don't go in deeply technical topics, you are the seller man. Tell them properties, advantages, promotions, discounts, better ways of product.
-Visit clients frequently, people know you and have positive thoughts about your firm, brand.
-Collect information about market, potential clients and competitive companies&products as much as you can.
-Improve your network, take business cards and give your business card.
-Spend your time in the market, at streets, at clients, at field not in the office at the desk. Because when you will be a sales manager it will help you to manage your sales team so much.
-Learn how does market dynamic work.
